After school is never an afterthought at Summit. Our before and after school programs offer a homework club with low staff to student ratios, indoor and outdoor activities, and the availability of care on our teacher work/professional development days. We recognize that many of our families need a safe and supportive environment for their children before and after school. Our programming supports the whole child for the whole day!
DROP-IN EXTENDED DAY
Before school (7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.) and after school (3:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.). Rate: $19 per actual day used. Parents pay only for days actually used and are billed through their FACTS incidental account at the beginning of the month following use.
Provides Extended Day before and/or after school as needed by parents for preschool through eighth grade. The daily rate applies to a.m. Extended Day and/or p.m. Extended Day. Students not picked up by parent/guardian by 3:30 p.m. daily, will be signed into Drop-in Extended Day by teachers. Daily rate will apply starting at 3:30 p.m. Registration in Drop-in Extended Day program is required prior to first time use.
PREPAID EXTENDED DAY
Before school (7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.) and after school (3:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.). Rate: $2,500 annual, unlimited use and includes Mini-Camp. Provides full-time use of Extended Day before and/or after school daily, preschool thru eighth grade.
This option provides Extended Day on professional development days when school is not in session and on days when school is closed for parent/teacher conferences. Mini-camp hours are: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m.
Mini-camp is included in the cost of Prepaid Extended Day, but reservations 2 weeks prior to each date are required. There are no refunds for non-use.
For Drop-in Extended Day students, the fee is $65 per student for each Mini-camp day and is due the week of use through the parent’s FACTS account. There are a limited number of Drop-in Mini-Camp spots available on a first come, first served basis. Registration is limited to the 2 weeks prior to the day of use. An email will be sent out to all Summit families opening registration. There are no refunds for non-use.
