Summit students “draw” on the compassion they feel for others to spread joy this holiday season. Students in Summit’s Preschool, Kindergarten, 2nd, and 4th-grade classes created cards for hospital patients who were unable to see family members during the Thanksgiving holiday, and Dr. Geoff McKinzie delivered the cards to Dignity Health-Chandler Regional Medical Center.  The nurses loved the cards so much that they displayed them for all to see before distributing them to patients.

In the spirit of the holidays and caring for others, Summit students plan to create more cards for hospital patients.
