Can’t Attend? Submit a Proxy Bid

If you’re unable to attend the live auction, you may submit a proxy bid and our professional auction staff will bid on your behalf during the event.

Simply indicate the maximum amount you are willing to pay for an item. During the live auction, our staff will bid competitively for you up to your stated maximum. If your maximum exceeds the next highest bid, you will win the item at the final bid price (typically one increment above the competing bid), never exceeding the limit you set.

If multiple identical items are released, your proxy bid may also secure one of those items at the final highest bid price, provided it does not exceed your maximum.

Proxy bids must be submitted by Saturday at 4:00 PM to be considered. While we make every effort to process all submissions, Summit School is not responsible for technical issues or forms that are not successfully received.

ie. Auctioneers asks for anyone willing to give $10,000, $7,500, etc.

Enter the maximum TOTAL you are willing to pay for all of the above bids and paddle raise combined. If this total is hit, the auction staff will stop bidding on any additional items.
