Our collection and use of personal information through the Website is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Children and Website Use
Summit School serves children and families, but the public Website and its inquiry, admissions, employment, giving, and similar forms are generally intended for parents, guardians, prospective families, employees, alumni, donors, and other adults unless otherwise indicated.
Children under 13 should not submit personal information through the Website without the involvement and authorization of a parent or guardian, except through a feature specifically designed and administered for authorized student use.

The Website may use cookies and similar technologies for necessary website functionality, security, analytics, performance measurement, and other purposes described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our cookie consent tools.
Third-party services integrated with the Website may process information according to their own privacy policies and contractual arrangements with Summit School.
8. Admissions, Tuition, ESA, STO, and Financial Information
Information concerning admissions, tuition, fees, Educational Savings Accounts (ESA), School Tuition Organizations (STO), scholarships, tax credits, financial assistance, payment estimates, or other affordability resources is provided for informational purposes only unless expressly incorporated into a written agreement with Summit School.
Eligibility, award amounts, funding availability, government programs, tax rules, and third-party scholarship programs may change and may depend on individual circumstances.
Any tuition estimator, affordability calculator, scholarship estimate, or similar Website tool provides an estimate only. Results are not a guarantee of tuition cost, ESA funding, STO awards, financial assistance, tax treatment, or eligibility.
Families should consult the applicable government agency, scholarship organization, tax professional, financial advisor, or Summit School admissions or business office when making financial decisions.
9. Applications and Enrollment
Submitting an application through or in connection with the Website does not create a contractual relationship with Summit School and does not guarantee admission.
Admission, enrollment, tuition obligations, school policies, parent and student responsibilities, and related matters are governed by the applicable enrollment documents, handbooks, agreements, and policies provided by Summit School.
If Website content conflicts with an executed enrollment or tuition agreement, applicable student or parent handbook, official school policy, donation agreement, employment agreement, or other governing written document applicable to a particular relationship or transaction, the applicable governing document controls with respect to that subject matter.

Certain Website features may permit donations, registrations, purchases, tuition-related payments, or other financial transactions.
Transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers. Additional terms, privacy policies, processing requirements, refund policies, or transaction conditions may apply.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by an authorized representative of Summit School, a submission or payment through the Website does not by itself constitute Summit School’s acceptance of a restricted gift, sponsorship agreement, naming agreement, or other contractual arrangement. Any such arrangement is subject to applicable Summit School policies and required approval or documentation.
Tax information provided on the Website is general information and is not legal or tax advice. Donors should consult their own professional advisors regarding the deductibility or tax treatment of contributions.
