A place to start. And room to grow.
Students arrive with different experiences, interests, and abilities. Summit Athletics gives students opportunities to participate, develop, and challenge themselves from wherever they begin.
A student can discover a new sport, strengthen an existing skill, experience competition, or find a new way to contribute to a team.
Coaches support that growth by teaching fundamentals and strategy while reinforcing teamwork, preparation, perseverance, accountability, and sportsmanship.
Physical education.
Movement belongs in every Summit experience.
Competitive teams are only one part of athletics at Summit.
Physical education gives students opportunities to develop coordination, strength, endurance, physical confidence, teamwork, and healthy habits through movement, games, fitness, and recreation.
For younger students, that creates an important foundation. As students grow, those experiences support athletic development whether they choose competitive sports, recreational activities, or simply an active lifestyle.

Middle School.
